Still 100% valid! Wrote my N+ yesterday in 20 minutes and got 900/900 word for word! Just 2 questions on mine were the questions that were the wrong answer or typo's on this dump but thankfully I did research each answer to verify they were all correct before I began studying from this dump. I also hooked up my friend with this dump to study from, she wrote on March 6th and passed with a 770 (not the user 'avamch' who posted below me).

Passed today with 825/900. First CompTIA exam I've seen that actually actually matched the dump almost perfectly.

Just a little piece of advice I like to give everyone who uses these. DO NOT just memorize the answers. Use these as a study tool. When you are going through each section you should know why you are choosing the answer you are choosing and why the other answers are incorrect. (Of course, some cert tests have what I call "vendor logic")

If you just memorize the dump, you are either going to fail when you get a different test or you will blow both interviews and jobs when it is made clear you do not have a clue what you are doing.

These dumps prepare you for the type of questions and the format that CompTIA uses when it asks you questions. If you study from these you wont be as overwhelmed or confused with the 'how' the question is asked because you'll have a better understanding of the 'what' they are asking you for. As you go through them when you hit something you have no idea about you look it up and learn about it. It's great prep for the certification exams but not as a memorization technique, more for the knowing what it is and the random way things are worded that can be confusing under the pressure of the actual exam. .

There's is at least one problem though: 802.11g operates at 2.4Ghz but one question incorrectly says 5Ghz.

Hello people, I find another wrong answer, the question says:

Which of the following ping parameters will set the size of the outgoing packet?

A) -c
B) i
C) R
D) -s

In this dump the correct answer is D) -s , but in real live the correct answer is -l

So, I say another time, people not respond like the answers from this dump, respond from your head, ok. I think that people fixed all the answers from the dump, so you never have 100% in tests.

I agree to you in the first Question, but in this dump (BigLee) the correct answer is D not A.

In the second question i disagree with you, because the switch not forward broadcast like a HUB do, switch is a layer 2 device that read MAC addresses of the equipment connect to your Ethernet ports and have a MAC address table, so my answer is A.

Anyway, I find more questions like that two, that the answers is incorrect and people learn and studies wrong answers, so be alert because not everything here is correct. This is my opinion!

For people asking if test is valid be sure your studing for the right test. Net+ 2009 N10-005 is being phased out this year and N10-005 is being offered now. Be it Pearson or Prometric you have to ask testing center if the test is 004 or 005.

Took this test last week on the 10th of Jan. scored a 825 with studying on my own and going over the dump one time. The questions are all very much the same. Using the dump is a good way to test your knowledge. Learn the material and use the dump as a tool just passing the test is not going to get you a job knowing what you are doing is. Good luck
